As if we hadn't done enough chopping rhubarb and hulling strawberries now we had to pull the pork that cooked from early morning until noonish. By now it was about 6:00 pm. Notice it is still daylight out.
Marie, the woman in the red shirt, is one of the main organizers of the festival. The other one is Susan who isn't shown.

Notice now that it is dark outside. But the day was well spent. On Sunday at the festival I had one of our pulled pork sandwiches and it was delicious.
