Buttercup lucines aka Anodonitia alba. A lot of sights on the web says they are found around the Gulf area off of the coast of Florida. I found them in a bag that my natural science illustrator instructor brought out. Who says you have to go to the sea to find such treasures? Photo doctored up in Pixlr.
