There were about 20 volunteers that chopped strawberries.
Marie, the master pie maker. I was her sous chef, getting the crusts out, replenishing her supplies like sugar and tapioca.
Strawberry-rhubarb pie. Plus we made plain strawberry pies too.
The pie next went to the table where it got the top crust, crimped and designated S-R or S for strawberry rhubarb or strawberry.
Ready to go!
