Suspended!

 In addition to zip lines Costa Rica seems to like it's suspension bridges.  Each time we hiked in the rainforest we had to walk across a long suspension bridge.

 This one had a spiral staircase down to the bottom before the river.

Lori and Jennifer were brave fit enough to climb down in the heat.

They were also the ones that I zip lined with!!!!
