Marquand Chapel
This is beautiful Marquand Chapel on the quadrangle of Yale Divinity School. This past week I attended a course in their summer study program. Very interesting, I'll have more photos throughout the week. The course was 'The Bible through Art and Artifact' taught by the Rev. Dr. Julie Faith Parker. Great course!!

Diorama
Over the next couple of days I'll be shown you some of the dioramas from the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural Science. I'm taking an art class there now. This is one of several dioramas by the artist James Perry Wilson. It's hard to tell where the painting stops and the foreground begins. The preparator of the foreground is Ralph C. Morrill.
You can read about James Perry Wilson HERE in an on line book written by Michael Anderson, the preparatory at the museum now.

Morning stroll
Just mom, dad and the kids out for a morning stroll on Old Grassy Hill Road. Dad hissed when I got to close.

No. 412 Orange Street
While driving over to the Peabody Museum I was on Orange Street in New Haven and snapped it from my window. I've always love this house which is now a lawyers office.
